1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Yellowstone Wolf Tracker (The Wild Side, LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Full payment is required to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards and will provide payment instructions upon booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 or more days before your tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to severe weather or safety concerns, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Wildlife Disclaimer

Wildlife sightings, including wolves, cannot be guaranteed. Yellowstone is a wild ecosystem and animals do not follow predictable schedules. Our guides will make every effort to locate wildlife using their expertise and tracker network.

5. Safety & Conduct

All guests must follow the instructions of their guide at all times. Guests must comply with all National Park Service regulations. We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

6. Liability

Participation in wildlife tours involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold The Wild Side, LLC harmless from any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our tours.
